Sharron Marks has been training riders and horses for almost 30 years. After receiving basic hunt seat instruction in Michigan, she went on to study dressage at Cornerstone Farm with David Lackey, a long-time friend and colleague of  Chuck Grant. During her 4+ years at Cornerstone,  she schooled through the FEI movements and competed through 4th Level and Prix St. Georges. She relocated to Florida and eventually began her career as a professional trainer. Over the years, Sharron has successfully competed several horses and has received training from Anne Gribbons, Jean Luc Cornille, Dominique Barbier and Charles de Kunffy, among others.  While specializing in dressage, she has also trained many  horses and riders in Pony Club as well as in the divisions of hunter-jumper and eventing, always with an emphasis on effective flat work for each discipline. There is no distinction made between students who are competitively oriented and those who are not; the only requirements are a love of horses and a desire for progress.
